Terms & Conditions for Winery Tours

When booking a tour with us at Your Event Angels, Clients must agree with these terms and conditions for which we provide our service to you. Thank you for understanding. 

Whats included:

• Driver and Bus for 6 hours, up to 11 people
• Bottled Water Supplied
• One Snack Pack per person
• Visit up to 3 Wineries
• Pick Up and Drop off to home or Accommodation in the Ballarat Area or Ballarat Station
• Can pick up from Melbourne/Geelong for a extra charge.
• These Tours need a minimum of 4 people to run.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund available up to 7 days before the booked tour date.

50% refundable if client cancels, is available latest 3 days before the tour date.

No refund within 48 hours of your booked tour (tour times start 10.30am).

Extra Info:

• Your Event Angels winery tours have the right to cancel any tours due to extreme weather warnings. refunds will be issued or dates moved to suit with discussion.
• With tour pricing quoted please be aware this price is only accurate for amount of people quoted. If you increase or decrease group size, we will requote the tour price.
• We reserve the right to end the tour at any time if groups are over intoxicated or we deem patrons to breach RSA at venues.

Cleaning/Damage Fees:

• If any of our vehicles/property or charters are left in an excessively dirty state or there is any illness on board.
• The organiser or organisation will be charge a minimum of $220 for deep cleaning.
• Any damage caused by guests will also be charged as per quote to fix.

Available payments methods & processing fees:

• Mastercard & Visa: $2.50 processing Fee
• Bank Transfer/EFT – 0% – Preferred
