Your Event Angels Terms and Conditions

Transfers Booking and Service Fee of $5 applies to all bookings.

Payments: Can also be made via cash on the day of pick up, internet banking & bank deposit and Visa, MasterCard Payments during business hours Over the phone or Via the Square reader.

Any payments made by bank deposit, funds need to be cleared in Your Event Angels bank account prior to the event day which normally takes 2 – 3 business days.

Amounts: 

Private Transfers require a $100.00 deposit to confirm booking.

Public Event Bus booking: All must be Pre Booked and Pre paid.

Paid over the phone, online Or By Invoice will incur a $5 Processing fee.

Personal Information: All personal information provided by our customers is stored safely and securely on our XERO invoicing database.

Safety: Whilst Your Event Angels will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of all passengers, passengers travel at their own risk.

Passengers should always remain seated and put on seat belts (where fitted).

Smoking: Federal and State Law prohibit any type of smoking on the bus.

Valuables: All property, luggage and valuables remain the responsibility of their owners. Your Event Angels will not be held responsible if items are broken, lost or stolen.

Photos: Please be aware that any photos taken aboard our buses may be used for advertising and/or for security purposes, they remain the property of Your Event Angels and will not be sold or distributed without Your Event Angels consent.

Beverages: Safety Regulations PROHIBIT GLASS containers and Glass Cups on board bus.

Fighting: The throwing of objects out of windows, fighting, rioting or vandalism to personal property or property of Your Event Angels will result in the passengers’ immediate termination from the bus and if police intervention is required the persons responsible will be liable for any financial loss. No refunds will be given. Any additional costs will be at the customers own expense.

We pride ourselves in the knowledge that we offer the very best in customer service satisfaction; however, there may be times, due to an act outside of our control, where we fail to deliver the highest quality of service. If this happens, please let management know and we will make every endeavour to rectify the problem.

In the event a customer cannot be located for whatever reason, to avoid any inconvenience to fellow customers, our drivers have been instructed to continue with their journey. We will try to contact them on the contact number given at the time of booking. If for any reason there is a misunderstanding between the driver and the customer and after discussing it with office management, we feel the customer has been inconvenienced, we will endeavour to reimburse the customer accordingly.

Please note that it is under the discretion of the driver to sometimes arrive 15-20 minutes earlier than stated when your pickup time is confirmed. This can be due to traffic conditions, accidents, etc. It is your responsibility to be ready 15 – 20 minutes prior to pick up time. If you are not ready when the driver arrives we cannot guarantee that he can take you to your destination and a refund will not be given.

The driver may attempt call on approach to give you ample time to be ready; we ask that you be ready so as not to inconvenience other passengers that may already be on the bus.

Please note that Your Event Angels will not be liable for paying any compensation for any delays, cancellations or missed services due to unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond our control, including, without limitation, accidents suffered by third parties on the transportation route, police checkpoints, acts of terrorism or vandalism, extreme weather conditions or strikes.

All Charters have a $300.00 to $800.00 damage excess fee. If any damage has been caused by passengers Your Event Angels will carry out the necessary repairs and the bill will be the responsibility of the organizing individual. Your Event Angels will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people or property/venues and the passengers and/or organizer will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred.
